Washington Area Frisbee Club

The WAFC Winter League is open to any ultimate team in the D.C. metro area.  Depending on how many teams sign-up, there will be an upper and lower division.  After a captain registers the team here, it may take up to 48 hours for it to show up in the list on the individual player page (this process is done manually).  

Cost:  There will be no cost of registering a clique league team here, but the individual player fee will be $25 per person.  The captain will need to register the team here, and then register him/herself by filling out the individual player registration. Maximum roster size is 15 players.

Start Date: Saturday, January 7, 2012

End of Season Tourney:   February 25th/26th (rain dates are March 3rd/4th)

Number of Games: 7 regular season games, plus the tournament

Game Dates: Saturdays

Game Locations:  Virginia and DC

Gender Ratio:  2 women, 3 men

Bye & Other requests:  Requests for byes, preferred time slots and field locations should be made in the registration form below.  Only requests made here will be considered.  Do NOT email your requests to the League Commissioner.  Keep in mind it is impossible to satisfy every request, but we'll do our best. 

Since WAFC has no control over the weather, we cannot guarantee all scheduled games will be played.  Captains will be in charge of rescheduling forfeits or cancellations via the commissioner.
