Washington Area Frisbee Club

I'm a 32 year old guy looking to play for a B league that plays at least somewhat regularly in Anacostia. I really like my current B league team, but they play almost all their games in Maryland, and now that I have a kid at home, it is tough for me make it out there regularly on saturdays.

I've played ultimate since college and though I consider myself a mid, I can handle if need be.

B-League championship.  Congrats!! 

Congrats to Team Tonka for winning spring Rec league! They played team 4 in the finals and the final score was 15-13. Defense was extremely intense on both sides and advancing the frisbee required a lot of patience. Tonka was down 10-13 late in the game and managed to score five in row for the win.

The spring league party is coming up!

WAFC Board members and volunteers will be handing out drink tickets for FREE Bud Light, Amber and PBR. $3 shots of Soco and $3 rail drinks all night long. Union Pub will be setting out one of each of their appetizers at nine on their back bar for our enjoyment! Come and celebrate spring inside Union Pub. This event cannot get rained out!

Hey, I'm putting together a D league team for the spring clique league, and we currently have 9 people so we're looking to fill some roster spots. This would be our first year, so we're going to be learning the ropes together, but we have a bunch of people at various skill levels so if you're a little more advanced, no worries.
