***** NOTE: NO DOGS ALLOWED ***** This year's Chesapeake Open will be held the weekend of August 29-30, 2009 in Poolesville, MD, outside of Washington, DC. We will host 64 teams across 4 divisions (Elite Open, Open, Women's and Mixed). Last year's tournament included 10 Open, 8 Women's and 4 Mixed teams that qualified for the 2009 UPA Club Championships and we expect this year's field of teams to be even more competitive. Payment ~ If accepted (see link to Accepted Bids above), your tournament fee of $420 will complete your bid and is due by July 17. All accepted teams must pay online through the WAFC store, located at the link below. If payment is not recieved by July 17, your team will forfeit it's bid, and a team from the wait list will be contacted to fill your spot. However, if your team was accepted and has decided not to attend, please contact us immediately (rather than waiting until July 17) so that we can quickly get a team off of the waiting list.
