Volunteer Opportunities
Dear WAFC Member,
As you all know, WAFC has recently been more actively seeking volunteers to
help out with various activities of the Club. We have also heard that
perhaps we can be more specific about what areas we need help in. Below you
will find a list of opportunities to help the club, some are one-time
activities (planning or helping to run a tournament), some last a season
(captaining a team), and still others are longer-term (securing fields or
acting as a deputy commissioner/ commissioner of a league). If you, or
someone you know, are interested in helping with one of these activities,
please contact a club officer! Or if you want more information about what
is entailed, contact a club officer or the current person responsible for
that job! WAFC will provide training and support for all of these roles, so
you will not be alone!!
