Every year, WAFC holds a membership meeting discuss past and future initiatives for the club. Come find out what is happening and let your voice be heard!

We'll be:

• reviewing past year financials
• reviewing what WAFC has done on the fields and in the community this past year
• electing officers for the upcoming year
• answering any questions

When: April 15th, 7PM-8:30PM
Where: Kettler Capitals Iceplex @ Ballston Mall (http://www.kettlercapitalsiceplex.com/).  We will be in a meeting room overlooking the main rink.

2010 SLATE OF THE CANDIDATES
Bryan Steffen - President

• Current WAFC President since April 2008
• Past Advanced League and Intermediate League Commissioner (helped initiate the change from two-tier to three-tier summer league, as well as the summer all-star games)
• Secured a free media storage site (SmugMug), a new Listserv system, and initiated the change over to a new website
• Fools Fest personnel
• Started a new Winter Rec League in 2009 and was the commissioner
• Organized weeknight pickup at Washington & Lee in winter 2009
• Serves on the Arlington County Parks & Rec board

Bill McNary - Vice President

• Current WAFC Vice President for 4 years
• At-large Board Member for one year prior to Vice Presidency
• Spring and Fall Clique League Commissioner
• Summer Corporate League Commissioner
• Winter Outdoor League Commissioner
• Helps to secure Polo/JFK and Anacostia fields

Chris Hulett - Treasurer

• Current WAFC Treasurer
• Secures fields at Washington & Lee, Bluemont, Gunston, RFK, and all Montgomery County fields
• Former WAFC president from 1995-2000
• Handles WAFC business issues including, insurance, financial issues,  taxes, and the WAFC tax exempt status
• Fools Fest Personnel
• Stores WAFC equipment and orders discs
• Serves on the Arlington County Parks & Rec board
• Institutional knowledge

Jessica Konrath - Secretary

• Organized the 2010 Volunteer Night
• Long-term rec and clique league captain

Julie Serfass - At-large

• Current WAFC At-large Officer
• Spring, Summer, and Fall Rec League Commissioner
• Point person for charity tournaments
• Tournament Director for the DC Annapolis Beach Ultimate Tournament (DaBUT, 2008-present)
• Led initiative to provide WAFC shirts in 2009

Cole Ingraham - At-large

• Current WAFC At-Large Officer
• Advanced League Commissioner
• Fools Fest personnel
• Tournament Director of St. Hatrick's Day Hat Tournament
• Interested in organizing events, both disc and social
