WAFC Design Contest!

Calling all WAFC artists! It’s time for the 2010 WAFC Design Contest! We’re looking to possibly update the discs or design new shirts for the summer, and every WAFC member is invited to submit an idea (or two or ten). Anything is possible, so feel free to let the creative juices flow.
After the designs have been submitted, WAFC board will choose finalists. Every WAFC member will then get to vote to pick the winner.
Guidelines:
- Design must contain the phrases “Washington Area Frisbee Club” and “2010” and preferably contain some reference to ultimate
- Design must be two colors or less
- Preferably, all lines must be 1mm wide (for discs; other disc guidelines are here if you have a design particularly well suited to discs)
- Please submit the design in PDF format so those of us who don’t have design software can view it.
Due Date: March 31st
Prize: TBD (but it'll be awesome)

"Spirit of the Game: Ultimate relies upon a spirit of sportsmanship that places the responsibility for fair play on the player. Highly competitive play is encouraged, but never at the expense of mutual respect among competitors, adherence to the agreed upon rules, or the basic joy of play. Protection of these vital elements serves to eliminate unsportsmanlike conduct from the Ultimate field. Such actions as taunting opposing players, dangerous aggression, belligerent intimidation, intentional infractions, or other 'win-at-all-costs' behavior are contrary to the Spirit of the Game and must be avoided by all players."
