Scandal is an elite women’s ultimate frisbee club team consisting of players from the Washington DC area. We are fast approaching our third season and are looking forwarding to building upon the intensity and fun of last season. Scandal believes in building a cohesive team based upon personal accountability, collective hard work, and a strong commitment to one’s teammates. We believe in providing a positive context in which a player can learn and further develop her skills, as well as contribute to overall team goals to compete at the highest level possible. In addition to valuing the desire to improve as a player and the supporting of one’s teammates, Scandal values the intensity and energy it brings to the field as a team. With this tenacious attitude and sense of camaraderie, Scandal will compete in tournaments around the nation this season and participate in the UPA Championship Club Series.
The connection to our teammates goes beyond the ultimate field. Parties, dinners, and dancing are a major social component of the Scandal experience!
